Dehumidifiers
A dehumidifier draws in moist air, condenses it into water through the evaporator, and then exhausts the dry air through a fan. A humidity sensor monitors humidity in real time, automatically starting and stopping the compressor and fan to maintain the set humidity.
The Role of the Motor in a Dehumidifier
Fan Drive: A BLDC or DC reduction motor drives the centrifugal impeller, operating at a low-noise speed of 400–1500 rpm.
Drain Pump: A micro worm gear motor controls the valve or drives the drain pump, draining the water as soon as it fills.
Louvre Control: A small-module gear motor adjusts the direction or opening and closing of the louvers.
Advantages of Dongming Motors
Quiet ≤45 dB, bedroom-level noise level.
Energy-saving BLDC version saves 30–70% more energy than traditional AC fans.
Humidity resistant 0–80°C, sealed and moisture-proof.
